Terms of Service: VR Acknowledgment of Risk and Assumption of Liability

Virtual reality ("VR") experiences may expose certain people, including children, to medical risks which may include dizziness, nausea, seizures, headaches, vision problems, and/or other potential short term or long term risks which may be foreseen or unforeseen.

By participating in this VR experience, 1) you certify that you and any child(ren) accompanying you are in good health, are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have not been advised by a doctor to avoid risky activities, and that you are over the age of 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child(ren) accompanying you, and 2) you accept any and all risks which may be associated with this VR experience and agree that you and your child(ren) are participating at your sole risk and liability.

If you do not agree on behalf of yourself and your child(ren), do not participate in this VR experience.
